Co-Owner
Emily invested the first part of her career in T-Mobile, creating unprecedented sales and marketing techniques utilized nation-wide and implementing business recovery solutions to multiple failing stores. Following her career with T-Mobile, Emily worked with local business partners to develop digital learning platforms, providing pioneering learning solutions for large corporations. In addition to her corporate career, Emily dedicated 2 years to True to Life Ministries where she led their development and marketing team to new heights.

Leslie Carter
Co-Owner
Leslie dedicated her career to providing groundbreaking leadership and development to local non-profits. Leslie led development and fundraising efforts raising more than $7M for local organizations. Her career has provided her a depth of experience in program development and implementation, organization infrastructure, public relations, and leadership & staff development. Prior to working with nonprofits, Leslie worked with the Toyota corporation to evaluate, establish and implement customer service strategies at multiple Houston area Toyota dealerships.

Cameron’s impressive skillset was refined in her years spent working in the non-profit sector. Her gift for writing and communication is complimented by her eye for detail and design. Every project she undertakes is consistently tackled with excellence. In addition to her work at Breakthrough, Cameron created and owns Genealogy Search Solutions where her passion for people meets history.
